Yes, we understand that completing this form is a request to save the date on Trudi’s schedule. The date is not officially reserved until you have returned this form, made a deposit, and received a confirmation from Trudi.
We understand that the ‘Wedding License’ only includes officiating the signing the documents. Vow/Ring exchange is an additional service which may be added at the time of the signing.
More than 4 people total in the wedding party, extensive time taking photos, etc, is beyond the scope of the of this offering.
We understand that if we bring more guests than the two witnesses, there may be an additional surcharge.
We'll arrive in our wedding clothes. We understand that if we have to change into our wedding clothes at Trudi's location, this involves a different level of Wedding package.
Deposit: On the confirmation page following this form, we'll leave a $25 deposit. Only if our date is not available on Trudi's calendar, will the deposit will be refunded.
